摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet capable of simultaneously satisfying an adhesive to a polar material and excellent impact resistance at a low temperature, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This adhesive sheet obtained by installing an adhesive layer having one layered structure on a supporting material, contains a copolymer of (a) an alkyl (meth)acrylate having a 2-14C alkyl group in average, and (b) a polar group-containing monomer copolymerizable with the above, and is characterized by having <=0.7 value of a ratio (XB/XH) for expressing the IR-absorption intensity ratio XH of the polar group/ester group at the surface of the adhesive layer measured by an ATR method of an FT-IR and the IR- absorption intensity ratio XB of the polar group/ester group in the bulk of the adhesive layer measured by a microscopic mode transmiting method of the FT-IR.
