摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method and apparatus capable of removing fine particle substances in an exhaust gas and simultaneously harmful gaseous components, compact, excellent in the removal capability and durability of the removal, causing no pressure loss, and easy to be regenerated in the case of capability decrease. SOLUTION: In the exhaust gas treatment method for removing fine particle substances in an exhaust gas by passing the exhaust gas through a filter, a granular body capable of removing harmful gaseous components is packed in a manner that the exhaust gas is passed through the flow-in side face of a filtration element of the filter and brought into contact with the filtration element face in the clean side reaching the flow-out side and accordingly, the harmful components in the exhaust gas are removed by passing the exhaust gas through the granule packed layer.
