摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of reducing the grinding resistance in grinding a work pieces, improving the roughness of a finished face of the workpiece, and improving the sharpness of an electrodeposited grinding wheel out of use because of its abrasion. SOLUTION: The workpiece is ground by rotating an electrodeposited grinding wheel 4 obtained by holding the hard abrasive grain of diamond, CNB or the like on an outer circumference of a grinding wheel core 1 by a plating 2 method or the like, and the relative motion of the electrodeposited grinding wheel and a moving speed of the workpiece is controlled to control and approach angle of the workpiece approaching to the grinding wheel, whereby a tip part of the abrasive grain 3 is abraded to be a flank, and a abrasive grain cutting blade is provided with a clearance angle.
