摘要：PURPOSE: A bus sliding door durability testing system and its control method is provided to achieve improved durability of sliding door by accurately evaluating, in a real time basis, the durability of door according to the slide opening and closing operation. CONSTITUTION: A testing system comprises a sliding door(7) having an upper rail(1) and a lower rail(3), and which is arranged to be slidable in forward and rearward directions through a roller(5); a driving unit arranged between the rear side of the sliding door and a vehicle body frame(9), and which moves the sliding door in forward and rearward directions along the upper rail and the lower rail by an air pressure; a solenoid valve(13) arranged at a pneumatic line for proving air pressure to the driving unit; a flange switch(27) connected to a weather strip(25) arranged at the front surface of the sliding door, and which senses the pressure being applied to the weather strip and outputs a signal; a photo sensor(29) arranged at the side surface of the sliding door, and which senses an object and outputs a signal; and a control unit(31) electrically connected to the flange switch and the photo sensor, and which has a counter section(35) for counting the frequency of door open or closure, and a timer section(33) for outputting first and second preset time so as to control the operation of the solenoid valve.
