摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rapid decrease in an engine speed due to a phase lag of ignition timing when an internal combustion engine is cold-started for avoiding a stall. SOLUTION: This device comprises a control device adapted to control to advance spark by a first spark advance change rate larger than a usual spark advance change rate toward a usual target ignition timing if the engine speed detected by an engine speed detecting means decreases from a target engine speed determined by an engine cooling water temperature of the internal combustion engine to a rotation range over a second set rotation speed larger than a first set rotation speed so as to keep the target engine speed when the ignition timing is controlled to the target ignition timing in the phase lag side than usual at idling after cold-starting the internal combustion engine.
