SOLUTION: This cosmetic is characterized by comprising one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of a 3-(1-hydroxyalkyl)camphor derivative represented by general formula (1) (R1 and R2 are each a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group; the sum of number of carbons of R1 and R2 is 0-3) and a borneol derivative represented by general formula (2) [R3 is NH2 or a (CH2)mCOOH (m is 1-4)] or general formula (3).
