摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for preventing a harmful substance in soil from leaking by which the harmful substance can be easily prevented from leaking as well as a method for forming this structure. SOLUTION: A shaft 2b equipped with stirring blades 2c and 2c and a jet nozzle 2d is made to penetrate into an existing refuse land-fill site 1 and an adduct 3 composed of artificial zeolite and cement is spewed into the soil 1a of the area where the shaft 2b is introduced from the jet nozzles 2d and 2d. Next, the soil is stirred with the adduct 3 by means of the stirring blades 2c and 2c. Thus the adduct 3 containing the artificial zeolite is mixed into the soil 1a. Consequently, the harmful substance flowing out of refuses 1d and 1d comes into contact easily with the artificial zeolite and is adsorbed into the artificial zeolite with which the substance comes into contact.
