摘要:PURPOSE: An all-in-one keypad in a portable phone is provided to present a keypad having a waterproof structure and a structure to prevent deformation after frame injection. CONSTITUTION: A silicone keypad rubber(61) is installed on a main body. The keypad rubber(61) is formed with a plurality of button parts(62) and contact protrusions(63) in a single unit. A thin film(64) is coated on the upper surface of the keypad rubber(61) in order to prevent the keypad rubber(61) from getting damaged. Hard plates(70) are attached to the upper surface of the thin film(64), except the button parts(62), so as to prevent the keypad rubber(61) from being bent or deformed. A printed-circuit board(65) is mounted on the main body. A metal dome(66), attached to a location corresponding to each of the contact protrusions(63) of the keypad rubber(61), plays a role to ground a carbon contact on the printed-circuit board(65).
