摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag lid part having excellent appearance quality by eliminating deformation of a door part caused by a press. SOLUTION: This airbag device is composed of two parts of a recessed core material 28 having one door part 14 along a lateral cleavage part 22 and a pair of arm parts 30 extending along a longitudinal cleavage part 24, and a projecting core material piece 29 having the other door part 15 along the lateral cleavage part 22, by dividing a core material 8 at the position of the end part 26 of the longitudinal cleavage part 24 along a dividing line 27. A surface outward-bending A turning to one surface side of the core material 8 is given and formed in the one door part 14, the projecting core material piece 29 is locked by abutting on the other surface side of the pair of the arm parts 30 of the recessed core material piece 28, and the one door part 14 on which the surface outward-bending A is formed is locked by the other surface side of the other door part 15 by warping it toward the other surface side of the core material 8. Thereby, the recessed core material piece 28 and the projecting core material piece 29 are mutually restrained.
