Further, the deposition of the broken reinforcing material near the rollers caused by damage and the breakage of the reinforcing material 1 as the main cause of the deterioration of characteristic of the long composite material can effectively be restrained. Further, in the case of developing the broken reinforcing material, the broken reinforcing material is discharged to the outside of the rollers 4 by driving the rollers 4 without depositing.
