摘要：<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail system that extends functions of an electronic mail sever in the Internet and automates and simplifies its setting. SOLUTION: The mail server of the mail transfer system of this invention is provided with a mail setting special DB, and the mail server automatically transfers a received mail on the basis of a transfer condition of the received mail entered to the mail setting special DB by a user. The transfer condition includes setting of a destination to which a mail is transferred, setting of a time zone when the mail is transferred, setting of a day of the week when the mail is transferred, setting of a portable terminal mail address, and setting of a variable for message division to the portable terminal or the like. Thus, the user can optionally set the mail transfer function of the mail server by itself on a Web browser via the Internet.</p>
