摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a portable terminal for customer information input/output which can impart convenience to customer and store and securely specify the customer. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with the portable terminal 1 having a memory 13 which stores an identification symbol (ID) 12 specifying the customer 11 when personal information regarding the customer 11 is outputted, a sending-out means 14 which sends the identification symbol (ID) 12 out of the memory 13, customer information managing means 3a, 3b, and 2c installed in different stores 2a, 2b, and 2c, and an information center 4 to which the customer information managing means 3a, 3b, and 3c are connected by wire or wireless. The information center 4 stores the identification symbol (ID) 12 and the personal information regarding the customer 11 given the identification symbol (ID) 12, and the store 2a, 2b, or 2c that the customer 11 visits can input the identification symbol (ID) 12 sent out of the portable terminal 1 to the customer information managing means 3a, 3b, or 3c and obtain the personal information relating to the customer 11 from the information center 4.
