摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant velocity joint boot made of thermoplastic elastomer, having a good assembling property and a good sealing performance to a constant velocity joint. SOLUTION: This constant velocity joint is made of thermoplastic elastomer integrally molded by blow molding, and comprises a bellows portion 1 alternately provided with crest portions 1a and bottom portions 1b, a large diameter cylindrical portion 2 continuously provided at a first end of the bellows portion 1, and a small diameter cylindrical portion 3 continuously provided at a second end of the bellows portion 1. An annular groove portion 6 tapering off from an outer peripheral surface toward an inner peripheral surface and having a generally trapezoid cross-section is provided on a fixing recess portion 5 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the large diameter cylindrical portion 2, and an annular projecting portion 4 projecting out in a generally crest shape is provided at a part corresponding to the annular groove portion 6 on the inner peripheral surface. In the annular groove portion 6, a ratio Wa/D of the opening width Wa to the depth D thereof is within a range of 0.8 to 1.3, and a ratio D/T of the depth D to the thickness T of the fixing recess portion 5 is within a range of 1.1 to 1.4.
