摘要:PURPOSE: Provided is a health food, which provides various nutrients to improve concertrability and studiability in one's youth, decrease fatigue, preventing one's eyesight from failing and enhancing one's memory and disease resistance. And its preparation method is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of the health foods comprises the steps of: mixing Crataegus pinnatifida, lotus roots, Rubus coreanus, Capreolus capreolus, Astragalus membranaceus, Cnidium officinale, Atractylodes japonica, Glycyrrhiza uralensis according to a proper mixing ratio; extracting the mixture using water as a solvent and filtering; agitating the filtrate for 10-20 minutes; adding aloe vera concentrated powder, crystallized glucose, xylitol, sorbitol, fractooligosaccharide, citric acid, gum arabic, lactic acid, DHA powder, vitamin C,E,B1,B2,B6, zinc oxide, ferrous lactate, whey calcium, grapefruit extract, pine needle extract, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate thereto, and agitating for 10-20 minutes; pasteurizing at low temperature and heating the resultant mixture with agitating for 3-4 hours and maintaining the temperature of 70-85 deg.C; agitating till the temperature is lowered to 20-30 deg.C and followed by filtering and packing.
