摘要：<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move to a sub-network where a current agent does not exist when a home agent exists. SOLUTION: The position registration function 100 of a moving terminal 203 is connected to the moving and different sub-network, Self position information is informed to the home agent 201 and a registration procedure is executed and is informed to the sub-network which is periodically connected. A position management function 101 manages position information informed from the moving terminal connected to the same sub-network. Furthermore, a packet conversion function 104 for detecting whether a transmission destination is the moving terminal or a fixed terminal and converting a packet into an appropriate system is provided.
