摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system supplying sufficient water to humidity a fuel-cell film even in process of starting a fuel cell and perfectly functioning even at ambient temperature below the freezing point of water. SOLUTION: In this fuel cell system 10, a fuel cell 20 has a supply conduit 23 for a fuel and a supply conduct 25 for an oxidant. A liquid storage 30 is provided with a liquid 31 having an antifreezing agent added thereto, and the fuel and/or the oxidant are humidified with the liquid 31 before entering the fuel cell 20. The liquid taken out of the liquid storage 30 is heated by a heating device 40 in order that the antifreezing agent does not reach the interior of the fuel cell. The heating device 40 has passage 42 formed as a closed system, and a heating medium flowing through the passage 42 is heated by a burner 43 prior to radiating heat to the liquid.
