摘要：<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively ensure reliability of high electrical insulation by ensuring a sufficient insulation distance between an electrical apparatus and the bottom surface of a swichgear container, as compared with the top and right-and-left surfaces by changing the curvature of the top and bottom of the switchgear container. SOLUTION: By changing the radius of curvature R1 of the top and the radius of curvature R2 of the bottom of a container 1, the downward insulation distance to a blocking unit 2c becomes, at least longer as compared with the upward and right-and-left insulation distances so as to ensure high reliability of dielectric strength against foreign materials collected on the bottom of the container as compared with a conventional circular container 1a having the radius R1. As a result, the reliability for with respect to foreign materials is enhanced without an installation area being changing, without changing its lateral width. The areas of the container 1 in the vertical right-and-left directions can be reduced more than those of the conventional container 1b, thus it is possible to reduce its weight and installation area by downsizing the container, and reduce gas quantity by reducing its volume.</p>
