摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly wash even a relatively heavy material to be washed by ultrasonic wave. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic vibrator 25 is fixed at the inside or the outside of a washing tank 22 in which a washing soln. 23 is housed. The material 24 to be washed is immersed in the washing soln. 23, and the dirt of the material 24 to be washed is removed by applying the ultrasonic wave from the ultrasonic vibrator 25. An oscillating shaft 27 is mounted at the central part of the ultrasonic vibrator 25, and the shaft 27 is alternately swiveled by a prescribed angle, and the oscillating shaft 27 is oscillated in front and behind or to right and left. The oscillating shaft 27 is connected to a driving shaft with a crank part by which the rotary motion of a motor is transferred, and the crank part transforms the rotary motion of the crank part to linear motion. A knot and a belly of wave length of the ultrasonic wave 26a are prevented from being struck to the same part of the material 24 to be washed by the oscillation of the ultrasonic vibrator 25, and a part of the ultrasonic wave 26b goes round till the reverse side to the opposite of the ultrasonic vibrator 25 of the material 24 to be washed, therefore, washing unevenness is greatly reduced.
