摘要：<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote maintenance device which can perform the remote confirmation/correction jobs of a job site and can quickly and smoothly solve the troubles of the confirmation/correcting jobs. SOLUTION: A remote terminal device 9 which is installed at a place remote from a job site is connected to a network 12 in a dial-up connection method and by means of a portable telephone set 15. The device 9 is also connected to a site computer 13 via the network 12. Then a confirmation/correction command to a programmable logic controller 1 placed at the job site is sent from the device 9 to the computer 13. Thus, the program operations of the controller 1 are confirmed and corrected. These confirmation/correction results are outputted to the device 9 via the network 12.</p>
