摘要:<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feedthrough capable of minimizing an occupied space and introducing many metal wire materials in a vacuum vessel in spite of a small area, and provide an image display device equipped with the feedthrough. SOLUTION: This feedthrough fixed to an image display device (a vacuum vessel) and used to electrically connect the inside and the outside of the vacuum vessel has a ceramic printed circuit board on which a plurality of circuits are formed, and a plurality of electric signals can be introduced into the vacuum vessel with the ceramic printed circuit board 9. By using the ceramic printed circuit board 9, the size of the feedthrough can be reduced, and the image display device can be made small.</p>
