摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain pollution of an upper edge part of a badly fouled wall surface, and to eliminate badness of an outward appearance by dividing the wall surface into an upper edge design area including the wall surface upper edge and a design area other than that, and forming the upper edge design area as a pollution restraining surface by applying pollution restraining processing to a concrete texture. SOLUTION: In a L-shaped block A for a retaining wall, a wall surface 1 is divided into an upper edge design area 2 including the wall surface upper edge 10 and a design area 3 other than that. The upper edge design area 2 is formed as a pollution restraining surface 20 by applying pollution restraining processing to a concrete texture, and the other design area 3 is formed as a texture surface 30 still in a concrete texture. In this case, a boundary between the upper edge design area 2 and the design area 3 is partitioned by a joint groove 40 formed in a waveform. Design by a combination of these different two kinds of design elements can be expressed by respectively using the texture surface 30 and the pollution restraining surface 20 of the upper edge design area 2 as design elements.
