摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of bubbles in an ink jet head by providing means for heating ink to a set temperature in an ink tank for supplying ink to the ink jet head thereby reducing air dissolved into the ink. SOLUTION: When ink in an ink tank 1 is heated by a heating means 5, a large volume of dissolved air is discharged into the space above the tank 1 from the ink heated up to high temperature. Consequently, ink from which dissolved air is reduced is fed through an ink tube 6 to an ink head 12. During that process, temperature is lowered trough natural cooling and air can be dissolved but since ink passes through the ink tube 6 without touching the air, air is not dissolved additionally. When the ink passes through the head 12, temperature rises less than temperature drop and a small volume of dissolved air is discharged but since air dissolving margin incident to temperature drop is slightly higher, air is not separated and generation of bubbles is suppressed.
