摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi roll mill with which operation and maintenance are facilitated. SOLUTION: This roll mill is provided with a pair of work rolls 2, 1st intermediate rolls 3 and 2nd intermediate rolls 4 which are provided respectively behind these work rolls 2, 1st back-up rolls 5 which are provided respectively behind these 1st intermediate rolls 3 and 2nd back-up rolls 6 which are provided respectively behind these 2nd intermediate rolls 4, center back-up rolls 7 which are provided behind the 1st and 2nd intermediate rolls 3, 4, intermediate roll journal boxes 8 with which the 1st intermediate rolls 3 and 2nd intermediate rolls 4 are integrally pivotally supported and back-up roll journal boxes 9 for integrally pivotally supporting the 1st back-up rolls 5, 2nd back-up rolls 6 and center back-up rolls 7. On the intermediate roll iournal boxes 8, devices 11a, 11b for imparting bending load to the intermediate rolls 3, 4 are provided.
