Next, when the bitting of the slab 44 with the dies 45 is started, the feed speed of the table is accelerated to the working speed of the press with the main crankshafts, the press of eccentricity E is executed in a part less than the quarter cycle of the crankshaft 42 and edging is executed while always conveying the slab 44.
