摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyesterpolyol having sulfo groups and/or sulfonate groups and useful for obtaining polyurethane foams having good dimensional stability at low temperature by reacting a carboxylic acid such as a sulfo group, etc. SOLUTION: This polyesterpolyol composition having sulfo groups and/or sulfonate groups in the molecular skeleton is obtained by reacting a carboxylic acid having a sulfo group and/or a sulfonate group or its esterification product (for example, a dialkylsulfosuccinic acid). The compound having a sulfo group and/or a sulfonate group is preferably contained in an amount of 0.1-30 wt.% based on the weight of the reaction mixture. A polyhydric alcohol used for the esterification reaction of the acid component includes ethylene glycol. The hydroxy group value of the polyesterpolyol can be changed by changing the molar ratio of the acid component to the alcohol component, but preferably is 50-500 (KOH mg/g). The acid value is <=4.0 (KOH mg/g), and the water content is preferably <=0.1%.
