摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flexibility and economic usability to support pellets of various sizes by including an elastic pad causing sucking force with a negative pressure caused on pores by restoring force due to elasticity and adhesion when innumerable pores are formed at least on a surface and pressurized. SOLUTION: An elastic pad 21 is formed with innumerable pores at least on a surface and formed of an elastic member such as a synthetic resin. An adhesive layer is not formed on the surface. When a pellet P is pressurized against the elastic pad 21 from above, a pore deforms, restoring force due to elasticity and adhesion causes a negative pressure on the pore, and the negative pressure sucks the pellet P. The sucking force is stable and does not weaken even if time passes, so that there is no fear that the pellet drops during transfer and gets damaged. Thus the pellet P can be sucked to the elastic pad 21 on an arbitrary position as long as possible.
