摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out spot welding at high quality by detecting the displacement value between electrodes during welding time by time. SOLUTION: According to this control method, the abrasion value of a pair of electrodes is detected and the current is applied while a welded member is pressurized by the pair of electrodes so as to continuously detect the displacement value between the pair of electrodes while the current is applied from a reference position a. Then, the detected displacement value between the electrodes is corrected by the detected abrasion value, so as to judge a welding condition of the welded member based on the displacement value h between the electrodes after correction.
