摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for selective formylation of amides by reacting amines with a specific acylformamide compound. SOLUTION: In this method, (A) an amine is reacted with (B) an acrylformamide compound shown by formula I (R<1> is an alkyl, allyl, alkoxy or styryl; and R<2> is an alkyl). When α-amino acid is used as the component A for the above reaction, the objective compound is obtained by stirring the reactsants for 15 min to 20 h in the presence of a base (e.g. sodium acetate) at room temperature or while being cooled with ice, using no solvent or an inert solvent (e.g. acetonitrile). In order to obtain the componnet B, it is recommended to react an alkoxyamide shown by formula II with acetic formic anhydride in an organic solvent (e.g. methylene chloride) in the presence of a base (e.g. pyridine).
