摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear and an image forming device provided with the gear to be fitted around a roller shaft and having the high accuracy of tooth profile. SOLUTION: A photosensitive drum 28 is supported together with a drum gear 61 on a unit frame 59 by a drum shaft 28-1. A developing roller 35 is supported together with a roller gear 62 on the unit frame 59 by a roller shaft 35-1, and driving force is transmitted from the drum gear 61 through the roller gear 62. The roller gear 62 is fixed in the rotational direction in relation to the roller shaft 35-1 by fitting a D-cut hole 62-1 around a D-cut shaft end 35-2 of the roller shaft 35-1. A gear part (a part of the teeth of the gear) 62-2 of the roller gear 62 is formed in the position axially deviated from the D-cut hole part 62-1, namely, outside a round shaft hole 62-3. Therefore, the gear part 62-2 having the uniform wall thickness is formed, a gear having high accuracy of the tooth profile can be constituted, and positioning of a color image can be easily performed.
