摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a working lamp from being put ON by mistake during running operation of a vehicle to thereby restrain consumption of the power of a battery by prohibiting ON/OFF of the working lamp even if an operation switch is ON when an engine switch is ON and the speed of vehicle is not zero (0). SOLUTION: This device is provided with a working lamp 1, a switch 2 that puts ON/OFF the working lamp 1, a relay circuit 3 that opens and closes a circuit between a power source including a battery 11 and an alternator 12 and the working lamp 1 according to the operation of switch 2. Further, the device is provided with a control circuit 4 that takes therein outputs of an engine switch 13, riding-on/off door switch 14 and a vehicle speed sensor 15 and perform the ON/OFF control of working lamp 1. The circuit 4 is provided with a means that receives an input of the output signal of switch 2 and opens and closes the relay circuit 3. The circuit 4 prohibits the ON/OFF of working lamp 1 even if the switch 2 is operated under the running condition of vehicle when the switch 13 is ON and the output of sensor 15 is not zero (0).
