摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic image of high resolution by a method wherein a piezoelectric element is arranged at a favorable precision as a plurality of array-form element groups of a target final shape, and a side lobe is made smaller. SOLUTION: A back surface loading member 1 having a surface of a shape wherein a deformation due to processes in the manufacturing process is estimated, and the shape is corrected by the deformation portion in advance, is prepared, and on the surface, a piezoelectric element 2 and a sound matching layer 3 of at least one layer, are bonded in order using an organic high molecular adhesive. Then, the piezoelectric layer 2 and the sound matching layer 3 are divided into a plurality by cut grooves 5, and they are worked into an array-form element which is arranged in a row, and then, in the cut grooves, the organic high molecular adhesive is filled and hardened. Since the surface of the back surface loading member 1 has been corrected by foreseeing a deformation due to this hardening shrinkage, at the time when all the processes are completed, a target final shape can be obtained.
