摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aging resistant refreshing beverage containing a carrot having an aging resistant effect and capable of being continuously administered by blending a warming medicine, since although the carrot has defecation, sedation, and nutritive and strengthening effects, the medicinal property thereof is cooling. SOLUTION: This refreshing beverage is obtained by adding a bracket fungus (Ganoderma lucidum), a hawthorn (Crataegus cuneata) and a dried orange peel as warming medicine and a Chinese matrimony vine seed having an effect of a liver protecting effect to a carrot extract having a taste property of bitter and sweet, and a slightly cooling medicinal property. The beverage exhibits effects for adult diseases and aging prevention, and less adverse effects due to the long-term continuous administration thereof.
