摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with the change of the notch-forming interval to be performed correspondingly to the change of horizontal seal forming interval by using a roll body for forming a single notch, to dispense with the change of parts associated with the notch-forming intervals, to reduce the cost, and to improve the productivity. SOLUTION: The rotational peripheral speed of a roll body 12 for notch forming is made to substantially coincide with the rotational peripheral speed of a longitudinal seal roll 5 by the speed signal from a speed setting device 14 when a blade body 13 of the roll body 12 for notch forming is brought into contact with at least a strip-like packaged body B based on an output signal to be outputted from a rotational position detecting means 18 according to the rotation of the roll body 12 for notch forming, and after the blade body 13 of the roll body 12 for notch forming is detached from the strip-like packaged body B, its peripheral speed is set to a value specified for a transmission gear 22.
