摘要:<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the apparent rigidity of a frame material and restrain the elastic vibration of the frame material by generating an inner stress of a direction restraining the strain caused by the elastic vibration generated on the frame material to piezoelectric diversion element closely arranged on the surface of the frame material of a steering wheel. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric module 4 is closely arranged to a base plate 1 and spokes 3a, 3b. The piezoelectric module 4 has a piezoelectric diversion element, a pair of copper electrodes on this inside/outside both surfaces and a control circuit for connecting with them. When a vibration is generated to the base plate 1 and spokes 3a, 3b, a strain by which a direction is reversely turned is generated periodically to the piezoelectric diversion element and in response to this, a voltage changing from the piezoelectric diversion element to the control circuit periodically is inputted. When the vibration is started on the base plate 1 and spokes 3a, 3b with a resonance frequency, the control circuit of a frequency characteristic corresponding to this acts so as to restrain the strain of the piezoelectric diversion element 5 and the vibration controlling force is given to the base plate 1 and spokes 3a, 3b.</p>
