摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tundish nozzle for a continuous molding of steel which prevents a drifting phenomenon caused by a turbulence of a molten steel flow in the tundish nozzle and is able to control always most suitably the flow of the molten steel in the mold and the continuous molding process using the nozzle. SOLUTION: The tundish nozzle 1 comprises arranging, at the inside wall of the nozzle 1, a porous refractory material for gas aspiration having a blow pore diameter of 3-50μm, in addition to an inactive gas blow hole, and a closed room at the back thereof to which a gas aspirating structure arranged by a connector for discharging gas to connect with a piping 5 for the gas aspiration to the closed room. The molding is conducted while gas aspirating from the porous refractory material arranged to the tundish nozzle and controlling to satisfy the following condition: H/D>=2.5 wherein H is a surface height (m) of the molten steel in the tundish nozzle, and D is the inner diameter (m) of the tundish nozzle.
