摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust and carbon passing through a bypass from intruding into an actuator by providing a member for partitioning the actuator for opening and closing a control valve element in the axial direction and the control valve element. SOLUTION: A device for controlling the number of idling revolutions weighs the flow of air passing through a bypass 7, of the air passing an air cleaner and weighed by a throttle valve 5 and flowing to an engine, with a valve element 4 provided in the bypass 7 branched from a main passage and moved back and forth in the axial direction. The outer ring of an elastic partitioning member 1 is fixed to the casing 8 of an actuator and the inner ring thereof is put into slidable contact with the labyrinth structural member 9 of the valve element 4. The elastic partitioning member 1 closes a pass shown by an arrow and prevents the intrusion of dust and carbon and does not affect the movement of the valve element 4 because it is in slidable contact with the labyrinth structural member 9 of the valve element 4 moved back and forth in the axial direction.
