摘要:The invention relates to a method for transmitting information to a mobile part (SPP) of a satellite telecommunications system and a system of that type with at least one communications satellite (SAT). According to this method, a specific item of information (INF) to be transmitted to the mobile part (SPP), said mobile part having an additional long-wave receiver, is transmitted by the satellite (SAT) or its ground station (BST) to at least one terrestrial long-wave transmitter (LWS) and then emitted on long wave, primarily coded, in the form of digital information blocks.
