摘要：An improved urethral cap for alleviating urinary incontinence when positioned on the body of the user is provided. The improved urethral cap includes a body portion defining an interior chamber, the chamber providing a vacuum therein to hold the urethral cap in contact with the body of the user. The cap further includes at least one flange supported by the body portion, the flange having a thickness of less than 0.75 millimeters, and preferably less than 0.5 millimeters. The improved urethral cap has increased flexibility and therefore provides increased comfort to a user when in place over the urethra.
