摘要：<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject beverage having low hardness in frozen state, exhibiting the texture of soft ice-cream, having low caloric value, low sugar content and low sweetness and easily eatable by freezing in a home refrigerator, etc., by using prescribed amounts of an alcohol and a sugar alcohol as additives. SOLUTION: This beverage has an alcohol concentration of 1-18vol.%, preferably 4-8vol.% and contains preferably <=30wt.%, more preferably 15-25wt.% of a sugar alcohol such as erythritol and xylitol. The frozen alcoholic beverage having a soft ice-cream like texture is produced by stirring and mixing an alcohol raw material, a sugar and a thickening stabilizer and freezing the mixture.</p>
