摘要:<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deinking waste water treatment method subjecting waste water discharged from a deinking process to solid-liquid separation to reutilize water and a chemical agent dissolved in water, to enable the reduction of the generation of scale and the rationalization of a process and capable of producing deinked pulp of high quality. SOLUTION: A cationic charge adjusting agent having a quaternary ammonium salt of which the intrinsic viscosity measured at 25 deg.C using a 1N sodium nitrate aq. soln. as a solvent is 1dl/g is added to waste water discharged from a deinking process to perform primary flocculation treatment and a polymeric flocculant is added to secondary flocculation treatment to perform solid-liquid separation.</p>
