SOLUTION: A top 28 forming a spiral cam 281 journaled to a head on its outer peripheral surface, and a punch driving gear 29, are fitted to a slide transmission shaft 2 provided to penetrate the head, and while a rack 31 engaged with the spiral cam 28 is provided, a punch driven gear 30 engaged to the punch driving gear 29, and to move a punch 32 up and down, is also provided. Consequently, by the continuous rotation of the signal slide transmission shaft 2, the driven gear 30 is rotated to move the punch 32 provided to the head up and down, and the head can be moved intermittently by the spiral cam 281. And the structure is simplified to reduce the influence of the inertial force of the head, and the intermittent movement of the head is made in a high speed so as to improve the punching efficiency.</p>
