摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nickel-based fine wire which is inexpensive, high in purity, and arbitrary in wire diameter, and a conductive mesh member which is arbitrary and uniform in porosity, and high in purity by performing rapid solidification of the molten alloy containing nickel of not less than the prescribed weight ratio into the fine wire of the wire diameter not more than the prescribed value. SOLUTION: The nickel-based raw alloy M is held by a cylindrical guide member 13, an upper part of the raw alloy M is heated by a high frequency induction heating coil 14 while the raw alloy M is pushed up by a pushing-up member 30 of an elevating/ lowering mechanism 31, and the upper part of the raw alloy M is locally melted. The upper end of the molten alloy M is raised in an upwardly raised shape by the surface tension. A circumferential edge 20 of a disk 12 is brought into contact with the upper part of the molten raw alloy M, the nickel alloy is blown in the tangential direction at a contact part 33 of the disk and the alloy, and at the same time, rapidly cooled and solidified to allow the nickel-based fine wire (m) to be directly and continuously formed from the molten condition in a wire manner. The wire diameter of the nickel-based fine wire (m) can be changed to 20-100μm by regulating the turning speed of the disk 12.
