Also, a display part D shows a measurement result, or advice for inputting measurement data or doctor's questions. Also, a daily health data control device B contains daily health database F for storing the measured daily health data as well as input data such as an inquiry. In addition, the daily health data control device B is connected to the computer H of a health-related organization via a line G. In this case, the daily health database F stores daily health data to be measured every day such as blood pressure and pulsation, and measurement results are transmitted via an established condition table, upon finding an abnormal change or the upward tendency of inspection results from the changing condition of the measurement results during the prescribed period.
