摘要:FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: with the aim of saving energy, providing autonomous supply of energy and food products, this building is arranged so that residential unit, greenhouse and vegetable bin are connected by means of ropes in pairs with cold and not water reservoirs and heat accumulator. Ropes are reeved through pulleys fastened at top of staircase-lift well located in center of taper-shaped light-transparent space. Vessels and heat accumulator are counterweights allowing location of residential unit, greenhouse and vegetation bin to be changed depending on season in vertical direction up to position even below ground level. Besides, greenhouse due to periodic discharges of aerosol and gas onto roots of plants located in vegetation tubes is able together with residential unit fastened to it to move around central axis which contributes to uniform insolation of plants and residential unit fastened to it to move around central axis which contributes to uniform isolation of plants and residential quarters and also to neutralization of geopathogenic factors. Together with this, movement along vertical line due to automated control system makes it possible to take into consideration astropsychophysiological influence. Pneumatic pillows located in base of building are used as shock absorbers at lowering of building components, and gas mixture is utilized for pneumatic transportation in vegetation bin and gas discharges in greenhouse.
