SUBSTANCE: method includes processes for manufacturing and setting bearing overhanging and bridge structures and involves mounting cross-piece made from soft composite material Alphadent hardening under its being exposed to light emitted by some kind of lamps on prepared viable anchor and conservable teeth surface treated with acid pickle. When needed (in cases of large loads applied to teeth), anterior cross-piece like the mentioned one is to be set on dentist prescription and connected with the posterior one through interdental spaces between the viable anchor and conservable teeth to achieve higher strength level. In this case the structure becomes stiff magazine-like structure. The interdental spaces between the mentioned teeth becoming too narrow, they are to be widened by applying pickling up to 2-3 mm at the cost of conservable teeth. When necessary, the posterior cross-piece is reinforced by means of heat-treated stainless steel reinforcement wire which cross-section is not greater than 3 mm. Beside that, in case two cross-pieces are set, the spaces between the conservable teeth and between the viable anchor and conservable teeth are filled with composite material of the same color with teeth enamel to provide cosmetic and esthetic effect. The anterior cross-piece is to be of the same color. The material is treated so that vertical grooves (spaces) form angle in the cross-section of these teeth which sides belong to the lateral surfaces of the viable anchor and conservable teeth. Composite layer thickness between the groove and tooth is to be at least 1 mm. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in preserving teeth.
