摘要:PURPOSE: To reduce flare light of light incident on a microprism and to increase a signal level by providing plural coat films having respectively different reflectances or transmissivities between the microprism and plural photodetectors. CONSTITUTION: Plural coat films 45, 46 are set separately from each other in the bottom surface of the microprism 4. The reflectances and the transmissivities of the films 45, 46 are different from each other respectively, for instance, the film 45 is made 50% in the reflectance, and 50% in the transmissivity, and 50% of the light incident on the prism 4 is received by a front photodetector 6. Further, the film 46 is made 100% in the transmissivity, and 50% of the light incident on the prism 4 is emitted to a rear photodetector 7. By such a constitution, reflected light from the element 7 is eliminated, and a light quantity incident on the element 6 becomes equal to the light quantity incident on the element 7 in the circuit of signal generation, and the flare light is reduced, and the signal level is increased.
