摘要：PURPOSE: To obtain an abrasion-resistant airtight hose being suitable for transport of ready mixed concrete, earth and sand, powder, etc., by a method wherein a sheet layer of polyethylene having a specified molecular weight is provided integrally inside either inner rubber or outer rubber. CONSTITUTION: The structure of a hose H is applied to a hose for transporting ready mixed concrete with pressure which has an inside diameter of 100mm. An ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene sheet 5 having a molecular weight of 1000000 or more and a thickness of 0.1mm is disposed outside inner rubber 1a of a thickness 6mm and an inner rubber 1b of a thickness 6mm is disposed outside the sheet. A screenlike nylon cord is wound as a reinforcing fiber 2a on the outside of the inner rubber 1b and a reinforcing wire 3 of a diameter 2.6mm is wound up spirally on the cord. A screenlike nylon cord is wound thereon as a reinforcing fiber 2b and further outer rubber 4 is disposed in a thickness of 2mm for protection from an external flaw.
