摘要：PURPOSE: To avoid irregular connecting strength in a thickness direction of a connecting section by coating a heating face of a heater with a far infrared rays radiation material annularly so as to make the radiation areas of a tube outside face and a tube inside face of a connecting tubing the same. CONSTITUTION: Faces opposite to tube end faces 11a and 12a of a heater 3 are coated with far infrared rays radiation material 3b in an annular area with center at a point corresponding to a holding center of clamps 1 and 2 on the faces. By radiation heat of the far flared rays to be radiated from the far infrared rays radiation material 3b applied to the heater 3, most of heat melting of the tube end parts 11a and 12a is performed. The area of the coating part i.e., the radiation area of the far infrared rays is the same in an area HA1 for the tube outside face and an area hA1 for the inside face each other, so that the radiation heat received from the radiation material 3b becomes the same at the tube outside face and the inside face, thereby eliminating irregular heating in the thickness direction.
