摘要：The cable or rope traction element ends (2a,12a,2b,12b) of the two elements per drum (1) are subjected to tension at their ends running the same way off the drum to obtain lefthand or righthand rotation i.e. for direction of travel control. For speed and torque control, one drum traction element is pulled at intervals, being coiled onto its drum in two separate coiling areas, using an expander to reverse the tensioned cable etc. ends into the starting direction. The driving movement can be converted into the intermittent tensile loading of the traction element (2,12) ends by means of a variable-ratio transmission device. The transmission consists of simple or two-armed levers (7) fixed to respective element (1,12) ends where either element or transmission device is resiliently fixed to a point forming part of the gearing. Assuming two-armed transmission levers (7), the ends of the elements (2,12) are fixed to opposed lever ends in relation to the lever swivel axis (8).
