摘要：<p>PURPOSE:To suppress generation of draw-in and to improve quality and yield by measuring the meandering at. of a rolled stock and adjusting the parallelism of upper and lower work rolls according to the magnitude of this meandering amt. CONSTITUTION:The meandering amt. of the rolled stock is measured by using a meandering amt. sensor 13 installed in the inlet side or outlet side of the rolling mill. A controller 14 for calculating the correction rate of the roll parallelism which adjusts the balance of right and left work roll benders 8, 9 by calculating the correction rate of the roll parallelism in accordance with the meandering amt. detected by the meandering amt. sensor 13 is disposed. As a result, the meandering amt. of the rolled stock is measured and the parallelism of the upper and lower work rolls 2, 3 is adjusted according the magnitude of the meandering amt. and, therefore, the generation of the draw-in is suppressed and further, the fluctuation in the strip thickness is suppressed.</p>
